A disrupted succession
Much involved into the activity, Edmond Papon, Leon‘s young son, is expected to inherit. He creates a whole collection of matrices by practising electroplating and developing wax and latex moulding techniques to obtain monumental encrustations. His untimely death at the age of 29, forces his brother, Roger-Hyacinthe, to take over the management of the atelier. Roger-Hyacinthe is going to devote himself to the trading development of the site.
